Contract Details
Pricing is for residential units (HOOT, Hydro-Action, & Clearstream)
If you do not have an active maintenance agreement and you need service, you will be billed a service/travel charge of $175 plus $75/hour for time on the job + the cost of parts
All contracts transfer if the property is sold
Service contracts start the day payment is received, or at end of current contract
Pumping tanks is NOT INCLUDED in maintenance. Our technician will notify you when the tank needs to be pumped and can provide a list of certified pumpers. It is the homeowner's responsibility to call a certified pumper for pumping.
Units with HOOT Drip Disposal, add $100/year for maintenance contract add-on
We DO NOT COVER: Regular pump out of unit or any maintenance on secondary pumps that are part of your distribution system. Damage to system due to "Acts of God" (Flood, Lightning Strikes, etc.)
Excessive water use beyond design flow will VOID any warranty or service contract. Beware of toilets running, water softener discharge, AC condensate lines, sump pumps, etc. that could cause damage to the system and premature failing of your drainfield.
